General Guidelines 

Late Returns:

• If the vehicle is returned late, additional full daily rental fee will apply until it is returned.

Return Timing:

• Vehicle must be returned within the set return date.

• For returns outside business hours, prior arrangements must be made with the staff.

Fuel Policy:

• Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as when rented.
• If the fuel level is lower, a refueling fee will apply.

Damage or Loss:

• Customers will be liable for the cost of repairs or replacement for any lost or damaged items.
