General Guidelines 

Refundable Security Deposit:

• PHP 1,000 refundable cleaning deposit will be collected upon receiving the vehicle.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

• Vehicles and equipment must be returned clean and in the same condition as when rented.
•  If items are returned dirty, the PHP 1,000 refundable cleaning deposit will not be returned, or a portion will be deducted for cleaning costs. 

Late Returns:

• If vehicle and/or camping gear is returned late, additional full daily rental fee will apply until it is returned.

Return Timing:

• Vehicle and/or Camping equipment must be returned on the set date and time.
• For returns outside business hours, prior arrangements must be made with the staff.

Fuel Policy:

• The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as when rented.
• If the fuel level is lower, a refueling fee will apply.

Damage or Loss:

• Customers will be liable for the cost of repairs or replacement for any lost or damaged items.
